Shipping policy
At Vorna, we work hard to process and ship every order as quickly and reliably as possible.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. During busier periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Shipping and Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (UK): 2-4 business days after shipment
- Standard Shipping (International): 7-14 business days after shipment
Delivery estimates are just that, estimates, and aren't guaranteed. Factors outside our control, like carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or peak shipping periods, can affect them.
Free Shipping
Free UK shipping is included on all the orders.
Shipping Notifications and Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to appear after your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Delays
We aim to meet the delivery estimates shown on our product pages, but delays can happen occasionally. Vorna isn't responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, an incorrect shipping address, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines as one-time purchases. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal, or by emailing help@shopvorna.com.
Address Accuracy
You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, it may take additional time to reprocess and could involve extra shipping fees.
