By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms referenced or linked here. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site, whether you're browsing, buying, or contributing content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform we use to process transactions and deliver our services.
Section 1 — Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old, or that you have a parent or guardian's consent to use this site if you're a minor.
You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, and you must not violate any laws applicable to you.
You must not transmit worms, viruses, or any other destructive code through our site.
Breaching these Terms may result in us terminating your access.
Section 2 — General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
Content you send us (excluding payment information) may travel over networks unencrypted. Payment information is always encrypted in transit.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of our service without our written permission.
Section 3 — No Medical Advice; Accuracy of Information
Material on this site is for general informational purposes only and isn't medical advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Talk to your doctor before using any information from Vorna, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.
We try to display product colors and images accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen shows them exactly as they are in person. We may update site content at any time, without obligation to do so. Your results may vary depending on factors unique to you, and we don't guarantee any particular outcome from using our products.
Section 4 — Prices and Payment
Prices on this site are subject to change without notice. The price you're charged is the price shown at the time you place your order, confirmed in your order confirmation email. Listed prices don't include shipping, which is calculated and shown at checkout. We're not responsible for pricing or typographical errors, and we reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from them.
By submitting payment information, you confirm you're authorized to use that payment method, that the information you've given us is accurate, and that sufficient funds are available. We're not responsible for any fees your bank or card issuer applies.
Section 5 — Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals
If you sign up for a subscription, you'll be billed automatically on a recurring basis at the frequency you choose at checkout. Your subscription continues until you cancel it. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date, it will renew automatically and payment will be processed. You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your customer portal, or by emailing help@shopvorna.com. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before your next billing date may not take effect until the following cycle. We may decline to renew any subscription at our discretion.
Section 6 — Shipments and Delivery
We'll arrange shipment of your order once it's placed; see our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes. You're responsible for shipping charges shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and aren't guaranteed; we're not liable for carrier delays outside our control.
Section 7 — Refunds and Returns
See our Refund Policy for full details. In short: to request a refund, email help@shopvorna.com within 90 days of receiving your order. We may decline refund requests from customers who show a pattern of repeated refunds, defined as more than two refund requests within a 12-month period. Approved refunds are processed within approximately 15 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Section 8 — Products or Services
Some products may only be available online and in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit sales, quantities, discontinue products, or decline orders.
Section 9 — Optional Third-Party Tools and Links
We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party sites that we don't control. Use of these is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms. We're not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of any third-party site or service.
Section 10 — User Comments and Submissions
If you submit comments, feedback, or ideas to us, you grant us the right to use, edit, and publish them without restriction. You agree that anything you submit won't violate anyone else's rights or contain unlawful or harmful material. We may, but aren't obligated to, monitor or remove submissions we consider inappropriate.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability at any time, without obligation to notify you unless required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vorna is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our site or products. Where liability can't legally be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that can't legally be limited or excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Section 15 — Goods Not for Resale
You confirm that you're buying from us for your own personal use, not for resale or export, unless we've agreed otherwise with you in writing.
Section 16 — Force Majeure
We're not liable for any failure or delay in performing these Terms caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemic, labor disputes, or supply chain disruption.
Section 17 — Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of where you access the site from. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of our site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at help@shopvorna.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Section 18 — Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed, and the rest will remain in effect.
Section 19 — Entire Agreement
Your order confirmation, these Terms, and our Privacy Policy together form the entire agreement between you and Vorna regarding your use of our site and purchases.
Section 20 — No Waiver
If we don't enforce a right or provision in these Terms, that doesn't mean we've given it up. Any waiver on our part is only valid if it's in writing.
