Subscription Cancellation Policy
By purchasing a subscription product from Vorna, you agree to the terms below.
Recurring Charges
When you subscribe to a product, you'll be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges continue until you cancel.
Frequency and Amount
You'll be billed every 28, 56, or 84 days, depending on whether you choose monthly, every-2-months, or every-3-months refills, at the amount shown at checkout. This includes any applicable taxes and shipping. Please note that discounts on your first order may not automatically carry over to renewal orders unless we say otherwise.

Deadline to Cancel
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
How to Cancel
Cancelling is simple. You can do it by:
- Logging into your customer portal to manage your subscription directly
- Emailing our support team at help@shopvorna.com, with your full name and order number for faster processing
Subscription Modifications
You can also pause, skip, or change how often your subscription ships, at any time, through your customer portal or by contacting support. Changes need to be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to apply to that cycle.
Refunds on Subscription Renewals
Once a renewal has been processed and shipped, it isn't eligible for a refund under this policy. If you want to avoid a future charge, cancel before your next billing date. See our Refund Policy for full details on our 90-day money-back guarantee.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)
As a UK consumer, you also have a statutory right to cancel a new subscription order within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, separate from the cancellation process described above. This right applies to your first order in a subscription; ongoing renewals are governed by the cancellation terms above, not this 14-day right. See our Refund Policy for how to exercise either right.
